The extruded profile is a small size V-shaped channel with an LED diffuser housing. Made from high quality silver-anodized aluminum, it is designed to dissipate heat, help manage the heat dissipation of flexible or rigid LED strips, and extend the life of the strips. It also provides a sturdy housing for the LED strip, protecting it from water, dust, UV radiation, weather conditions and other unnecessary factors of destruction. The aluminum channel with diffuser builds a startlingly beautiful look, helping to provide better light diffusion, achieve spotless lighting lines, and avoid glare.

1. Heat Sink: 6063-T5 aerial aluminum
6063 Aerial aluminum has good corrosion resistance and toughness. It's easy polishing, color firm and anodic oxidation. It is a kind of typical extrusion material. Widly used in building profiles, heat sink of lights for vehicles, platforms, furniture, lifts, fences etc.

2. PC cover: Mitsubishi PC from Japan
PC (Polycarbonat) is an amorphous thermoplastic resin with excellent electrical insulation, extensibility,
dimensional stability, and chemical corrosion resistance. It has high strength, heat resistance and cold
resistance. It also has the advantages of self-extinguishing, flame retardant, non toxic and colorable.
Its strength and toughness are very good.
